My Story - How I Got Busted - From the Heart - Constitutional Challenge - My State of Mind

In late March 2004 I was busted for growing 19 strain of cannabis sativa and indica for myself and 5 other medical cannabis smokers. The cannabis I grew was in my condo. I am a active proponent of legalizing this plant and there is no way in hell that I will stop what I know is good for me.

The crown wants to prosecute me even though they know the chances of them winning are none. It has come to the stand off after Hitzig decision last year in the Supreme Court of Ontario which basically called the government rules unconstitutional.

I was informed that the crown was instructed from Ottawa to keep prosecuting medical growers, until I guess the Supreme Court of Canada decides that we can smoke pot for medical reasons.
